GENERAL INFORMATION

Artwork:
(Applies to Laser Engraving)

Arkwork is accepted on CD or via email in the following PC formats:
A. Bitmap image
B. GIF image
C. Jpeg image
The e-mailed artwork file size should not exceed 5MB, otherwise artwork must be mailed on a CD to the address at the bottom of this page. Camera-ready print copy must accompany dist version. Artwork must be faxed for e-mailed files. Artwork is archived to two years.

E-Mail - Precedure for sending artwork

  • E-mail artwork to Grafix Design (not to exceed 5MB file size)
  • Put "ART FROM (YOUR COMPANY NAME)" in Subject Line.
  • Fax proof of artwork to 828-884-3872 and inform us that you have emailed artwork to us.
  • Email or Fax purchase order with styles and quantities

Laser Engraving:
Clean, black and white (600 dpi) is essential for proper laser engraving. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes camera-ready art. Copied or faxed artwork is not considered camera-ready.

Samples:

Pre-production samples of actual items can be created upon written request and will be charged at individual per piece price plus all Production-Ready charges (may include art, setup, and screen charges).

Paper Proofs:

There is no charge for one faxed proof. Each additional proof per order is $15.00. Please check for spelling, wording, punctuation and arrangement. After a faxed layout has been APPROVED BY YOU, you will incur charges for any replaced items and corrections due to layout errors.

 

Please allow 4 weeks for item to ship as each piece is individually made.
Additional time may be needed for custom pieces.

Personalization & Copy Change Charges

Customer is responsible for accurate spellings of supplied information

Production Time:
We Engrave

  • Normal production time is 10-20 Working Days.
  • RUSH Production is less than 10 days
  • RUSH Charge 50% additional, minimum RUSH charge $50.

Shipping & Split Orders:

FOB Factory via Ground or FedEx Express Saver Service unless otherwise specified in writing. In an effort to expedite shipments Grafix Design reserves the right to determine proper shipping service in order to meet you In-Hand Date. Time-critical or RUSH shipments may be upgraded to an air carrier at current air-freight rates and handling. All shipping cartons are insured to their maxumum value, double-carton when necessary, gound or air tracked, and include a $2.00 per carton charge. Each carton is carefully packed to prevent damage; however, if damage occurs, contact us immediately for replacements. No replacements will be considered after 5 days of receipt. All air shipments are subject to dimensional weight. In an effort to expedite shipments, orders may be split and shipped from different locations.

Split shipments incur a $10.00 packaging charge per address and must include type written, self-adhesive labels and a master list in zip code order. Freight Charges are separate.

NO POST OFFICE SHIPMENTS DUE TO SECURITY RESTRICTIONS

Grafix Design is not responsible for any misrouted, delayed or undelivered items by shipping carrier.

Specifications:

Using the finest acrylic, all of our awards are fabricated from 3/4" thick acrylic unless otherwise noted. All sizes are approximate and thickness of acrylic will vary due to the manufacturing process.

Grafix Design assumes that our clients have the legal right to use any and all trademarks supplied to us for reproduction. Any trademark or copyrighted material depicted herin is the property of their respective trademark and/or copyright owners.

Prices subject to change with prior notice. This site and price list supersedes all previous items and prices.

Different styles and sized may not be combined for quanity discounts.
